This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and coordinate various projects, including those related to clients, legal matters, and business initiatives.
• Systematically organize and maintain documentation, which includes content generated by AI.
• Transform drafted materials into refined final products (Word, PDF, PowerPoint).
• Compose and reply to emails, messages, and follow-up communications.
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and calendar appointments.
• Facilitate real-time task execution, such as client updates, invoicing, and determining next steps.
• Perform light research on vendors, grants, and opportunities.
• Provide assistance with overall business operations and coordination.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
• Outstanding written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of taking initiative.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with quick turnaround times.
