Real Estate Site Developer – Master Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable extension of the Owner’s team, delivering unbiased, technically sound advice during the initial stages of project planning and development.

• Champion the client’s business objectives, operational needs, and capital investment strategies throughout every phase of site evaluation and planning.

• Direct the creation of industrial site and campus master plans, integrating considerations for future growth, phasing, and infrastructure scalability.

• Recognize site constraints and opportunities concerning zoning, land use, access, utilities, and neighboring properties.

• Organize and oversee site selection processes, which include formulating evaluation criteria, site assessments, and comparative analysis.

• Evaluate potential sites according to manufacturing requirements, taking into account utility capacity, transportation accessibility, labor availability, and regulatory conditions.

• Keep track of permitting risks and essential timeline elements, providing clients with strategies to maintain schedules and prevent delays.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in the field.

• Capable of learning, adapting, and being responsive to both client and company needs, as well as engaging in training and mentoring.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.

• Experience in Field Construction, Project Management, or a related area.

• Background in industrial manufacturing, energy, or data centers.

• Knowledge of safety or comparable fields.

• Experience in design.
