This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• You will serve as the primary ALB contact for your designated area.
• Development: Locate and secure new properties for management, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and other distinctive accommodations.
• Management: Oversee your portfolio as if it were your own business, coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and fostering relationships with both owners and guests.
• Freedom: Plan your work schedule and operate from any location you choose (partial remote work / field-based).
• Persuasive: You possess the ability to persuade property owners to entrust you with the management of their assets.
• Open to all backgrounds: Regardless of whether your background is in real estate, sales, hairdressing, or another discipline, your eagerness to learn and excel is what truly counts.
• Autonomous: You seek independence in managing your schedule while benefiting from a robust organization equipped with reliable processes.
