Real Estate Photographer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality images of both residential and commercial interiors and exteriors.

• Provide additional services such as 2D Floor Plans, Matterport tours, and Drone/Aerial imagery (if applicable).

• Uphold a professional, punctual, and friendly demeanor while on-site.

• Upload raw files by 10:00 PM EST on the shoot day.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Proven expertise in professional Real Estate or Architectural Photography.

• Gear: Full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera equipped with a wide-angle lens (16mm–17mm equivalent) and a sturdy tripod (preferably Canon/Nikon).

• Mobility: Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone.

• Soft Skills: A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

• Favorable Skills: FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Drone Certified).

• Familiarity with Matterport or similar 360° technology.

• Professional videography skills.

• Advanced shooting techniques (HDR, Flambient, etc.).
