Real Estate Photographer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Capture high-resolution images of both residential and commercial properties, encompassing interiors, exteriors, and shared spaces.

• Execute Matterport 3D scans and develop immersive virtual tours for property listings.

• Oversee lighting and equipment on-site to guarantee optimal image quality, regardless of the setting.

• Collaborate with agents and homeowners to ensure the property is "camera-ready" at the time of arrival.

• Uphold a consistent aesthetic that adheres to our brand standards.

• Upload and manage raw files and 3D data within strict timelines for post-production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in professional or hobbyist photography.

• Strong grasp of wide-angle photography, HDR (High Dynamic Range) techniques, and architectural composition.

• Experience or practical knowledge of Matterport hardware (Pro2/Pro3) or the Matterport Capture application.

• Basic understanding of Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop for minor image adjustments.

• Must possess access to a professional-grade DSLR or Mirrorless camera, a wide-angle lens, and a reliable tripod.

• Excellent time-management abilities and the capacity to travel promptly between various property locations in Brooklyn and Queens.

• Professional demeanor when engaging with agents and members of the Freestone team.
