This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Organize and maintain digital folders for each property, ensuring they include warranties, receipts, vendor contacts, and service records.
• Keep property information current, encompassing square footage, floor plans, photographs, lease details, pricing, and other relevant documents.
• Oversee insurance records by requesting renewal quotes, tracking policies, premiums, coverage, carriers, and renewal dates.
• Maintain a centralized calendar to manage deadlines for business, property, vehicle, insurance, LLC, and website renewals.
• Update and manage lease agreements, rental applications, utility spreadsheets, and CAM/expense records.
• Develop and refine checklists and SOPs for tenant onboarding, which includes background checks, lease execution, deposit verification, move-in documentation, and key release.
• Streamline company email inboxes by archiving or deleting unnecessary emails and monitoring storage usage.
• Provide general administrative and operational assistance as necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, real estate, or property management.
• Strong skills in organization and document management.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
