Real Estate Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop forecasts in comparison to actuals for real estate properties

• Monitor budgets, cash flow, net operating income (NOI), and overall performance

• Enhance workflows utilizing Claude Code

• Streamline recurring financial and reporting tasks through automation

• Organize and refine rent roll, reporting, and spreadsheet information

• Design dashboards to assist owners in decision-making

• Identify variances and clarify major contributing factors

• Collaborate closely with real estate owners on a weekly basis

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in U.S. real estate finance

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets modeling

• Practical experience with Claude Code is essential

• Developed AI workflows related to finance or reporting

• Capable of explaining AI projects that you have personally completed

• Exceptional verbal and written English skills

• Must be available for full-time work during Pacific Time hours
