Real Estate Broker Assistant – Transaction Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee real estate transactions, ensuring that all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted punctually.

• Collaborate with title companies, lenders, appraisers, and inspectors to ensure deals proceed smoothly.

• Utilize Dotloop for transaction processing and manage listings within MLS systems.

• Maintain client records, transaction information, and checklists in CRM and management platforms.

• Conduct property showings, manage marketing efforts, and support agents with transaction coordination.

• Keep track of schedules, manage email communications, and provide prompt responses using Google Calendar and Workspace.

• Ensure compliance by submitting all necessary documentation for broker approval.

• Stay informed about real estate laws, contracts, and disclosure requirements, guaranteeing that all transactions adhere to zoning laws, fair housing regulations, and escrow procedures.

• Prior experience in real estate operations is preferred.
