This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Showcase properties, facilitate open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Determine your own schedule and manage your workload effectively.

• Provide services to clients, particularly on weekends.

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits.

• Become a member of the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Conduct field events as an independent contractor.

• Complete the application and video evaluation process.

• Possession of a real estate license in the state of employment.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or readiness to acquire them.

• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable mode of transportation.

• Capability to travel within your designated market.

• Ability to function as an independent contractor.

• Background screening is mandatory.
