• Possess a real estate license in the state where you will work and be willing to affiliate it exclusively with Redfin.

• Have access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be prepared to acquire them.

• Be ready to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Maintain a reliable mode of transportation and the ability to travel within your designated market.
