This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Conduct home showings, organize open houses, and participate in property inspections

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will operate and a commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to obtain them

• Commitment to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation and the capability to travel within your designated market
