Real Estate Agent – Partnership Opportunity, Listing & Resident Placement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• List rental properties on the MLS and other prominent platforms

• Conduct property showings for potential tenants

• Engage with and evaluate applicants to identify suitable candidates

• Deliver weekly reports on showing activities, applicant statuses, and feedback

• Adhere to key deadlines to reduce vacancy periods

• Facilitate lease signings and assist with the onboarding process for new residents

• Utilize the online portal for receiving listings, submitting updates, and communication

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent in good standing

• Professional, responsive, and exceptionally organized

• Comfortable with basic technology and proficient in using the online portal

• Capable of screening applicants according to specified qualifications

• Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Able to work effectively and adhere to timelines

• Previous property management experience is not necessary
