Real Estate Agent – Partnership Opportunity, Listing & Resident Placement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Post rental properties on the MLS and other prominent platforms

• Conduct property showings for potential tenants

• Communicate with and evaluate applicants to identify suitable candidates

• Provide weekly reports on showing activities, applicant statuses, and feedback

• Adhere to key deadlines to reduce vacancy time

• Facilitate lease signings and assist with the onboarding process for new residents

• Utilize the online portal for receiving listings, submitting updates, and communication

• Collaborate with the company on a per-property basis for residential listings and tenant placement

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Real Estate Agent license in good standing

• Professional demeanor, responsive communication, and exceptional organizational skills

• Proficient with basic technology and capable of using the online portal

• Ability to assess applicants based on specified qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Capable of working efficiently and adhering to deadlines

• Property management experience is not mandatory

• Must reside in Pittsburgh, PA

• Responsibilities fall within the scope of a licensed agent
