Real Estate Agent – Partnership Opportunity, Listing & Resident Placement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• List rental properties on the MLS and other prominent platforms.

• Conduct property showings for potential tenants.

• Engage with and evaluate applicants to determine qualified candidates.

• Provide weekly updates regarding showing activities, applicant statuses, and feedback.

• Adhere to key deadlines to reduce vacancy durations.

• Facilitate lease signings and assist in the onboarding process for new residents.

• Utilize the online portal for receiving listings, submitting updates, and maintaining communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in good standing.

• Professional, responsive, and exceptionally organized.

• Comfortable with basic technology and proficient in using the online portal.

• Capable of screening applicants based on established qualifications.

• Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Able to work efficiently and adhere to timelines.

• Prior property management experience is not necessary.
