• Valid real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Possession of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or a willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Background screening in accordance with applicable laws
