React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

• At least 4 years of practical experience in developing IT systems (web, database, applications)

• Strong and proven front-end engineering skills with React and TypeScript (along with JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

• Solid foundation in modern web and multi-tier application development

• Experience with UML, BPMN, or a similar modeling/business process analysis tool

• Familiarity with a software development methodology (RUP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent)

• Understanding of relational databases

• Proficiency in Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows (GitLab CI is a plus)

• Good command of the English language

• **Nice to have:**

• Experience with Angular or other contemporary front-end frameworks in addition to React

• Experience in data-intensive or knowledge-graph-driven applications

• Exposure to AWS cloud services and cloud-hosted application environments

• UI/UX design awareness — wireframing, prototyping, accessibility (WCAG), responsive and mobile-first design

• Familiarity with semantic web concepts (RDF, SPARQL, GraphDB or other triplestores) — sufficient to collaborate effectively with the semantic team; expert knowledge is not required

• Experience with Python

• Understanding of GDPR-compliant data management (anonymization, audit logs)

• Experience in end-user support/ticketing workflows

• French or German language proficiency at B2+
