R&D Project Manager, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between the organization and external service providers at the project management level.

• Oversee service providers while closely collaborating with the company’s internal business and sales teams.

• Establish priorities and supervise the opening and closing of stores within the rollout scope.

• Monitor progress and perform quality assessments of store decommissioning activities.

• Propel process implementation and ongoing optimization in close partnership with service providers and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare stakeholder analyses, as well as KPI and OPI reports detailing rollout progress and quality.

• Assume responsibility for the rollout mailbox, ensuring timely and professional communication.

• Coordinate and manage hardware deployments in conjunction with the service provider.

• Document processes and outcomes, while proactively identifying, recording, and escalating risks and issues promptly.

• Provide assistance during hyper care phases and ensure effective troubleshooting following migration phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated technical expertise in managing network projects.

• Several years of project management experience, preferably with a recognized certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

• Proven track record in rollout management of complex projects.

• Established experience in coordinating vendors and suppliers.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities concurrently.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with project management tools and software.

• Willingness to travel abroad within Europe.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
