This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• The RCM Director is accountable for the performance of Credentialing, Access, and Billing (RCM).

• Develop and oversee a fully integrated operating model encompassing Credentialing, Access, and Billing.

• Ensure that providers are enrolled, contracted, and billable in the most efficient manner possible.

• Promote consistent, high-quality verification of benefits (VOB) and prior authorization performance across all markets.

• Enhance cash collections, predictability, and overall revenue cycle performance.

• Strengthen relationships with payors and improve contracting positions across various geographies.

• Implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and technology solutions, including AI tools.

• Collaborate with Market Leaders to educate field personnel on their influence on RCM efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of leadership experience in credentialing, access (VOB/PA), and/or revenue cycle management.

• Comprehensive understanding of multi-state payor environments, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans.

• Proven track record in payor contracting and rate negotiation.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle performance and cash drivers.

• Experience with EMR and RCM platforms (Athena preferred) as well as automation and AI tools.

• Demonstrated capability to build systems, lead teams, and achieve measurable financial and operational results.
