Rate Mapping Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of hotel onboarding with a strong emphasis on precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Accurately map hotel rates, inventory, and room types across various systems.

• Ensure the correct setup of channel distribution across OTAs and PMS integrations.

• Test and validate rate setups to ensure accurate synchronization across all platforms.

• Develop expertise in hotel distribution and onboarding workflows.

• Strive for continuous enhancement of onboarding quality, speed, and consistency.

• Provide customer support for onboarding-related inquiries and rate mapping issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel distribution, onboarding, or reservations (essential).

• Practical experience with PMS / CRS / channel management tools.

• Strong understanding of OTA distribution and mapping logic.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Capability to work independently in a remote or offshore setting.
