This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Accountable for the business ownership of prescribing and referring physicians.
• Foster relationships and develop as well as implement business plans for designated territories.
• Assist with product access and execute competitive response and pull-through strategies.
• Create and utilize tailored tools and strategies to engage with healthcare professional (HCP) targets.
• Consistently exhibit an in-depth understanding of the market landscape within the territory.
• Formulate and implement a call plan aimed at achieving objectives and enhancing access and sales opportunities.
• Proficient in utilizing sales data reporting tools to analyze trends and gain insights into customer behavior.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory from an accredited four-year college or university.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured sectors with extensive, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years.
• At least 1 year of experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic practices within the last 5 years.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
• Candidates must live within the designated territory or within a reasonable daily commuting range of 50 miles from the territory border.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% across a broad geographic area is necessary, including the ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
