This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders (such as business development, leadership within business units, and the budget team) and external parties (including scientific advisors, vendors, and consultants) to formulate strategies that successfully convey customer needs essential for securing new business awards.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to develop tailored and persuasive business development documents that emphasize client solutions showcasing the company's differentiation, innovation, and operational strategies.
• Deliver high-quality, client-specific outputs that align with Clinilabs' corporate strategy, performance metrics, style, and branding guidelines.
• Facilitate effective communication among internal stakeholders throughout the entire process to ensure that the strategy guides the project and that the final deliverables meet their intended objectives.
• Consistently meet deadlines by prioritizing tasks and setting target dates for document contributions, reviews, and approvals from key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Collaborate with administrative members of the business development team to keep an updated database of responses and text within Clinilabs' proposal development software.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, professional or creative writing, marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors, including expertise in technical writing, communications, or marketing.
• At least two (2) years of experience in CRO clinical proposal writing.
• Familiarity with clinical budget development is preferred.
• Understanding of the drug development process, including functional operations and regulatory guidelines and directives.
• Proven ability to assess scientific and business information (such as trial protocols, investigator brochures, and RFP documents) and utilize insights to create persuasive and technical sales documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with proposal development software is preferred.
• Energetic, proactive, highly analytical, and self-motivated, with a strong passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
