Quantity Surveyor – MEP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Engage actively in the tender and bid process.

• Evaluate tenders and bids to ensure optimal client value.

• Assist in the preparation and finalization of accounts.

• Develop estimates and cost plans for significant client projects.

• Manage project expenditures by generating valuations and cost reports.

• Facilitate the resolution of construction disputes and claims for losses and expenses with transparency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying.

• Over 5 years of experience in QS or Cost Management.

• Experience on the consultancy or client side is highly preferred.

• Significant experience in M&E or Data Centre projects.

• Chartered status or progress towards it is required.
