Quantitative Analyst – Contact Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough analysis of operational and financial metrics to uncover process inefficiencies, performance gaps, and new avenues for enhancing revenue and profitability.

• Formulate actionable recommendations and collaborate with business leaders to prioritize and execute improvements.

• Establish data-driven performance measurement frameworks for tracking and analyzing business performance throughout the mortgage lifecycle.

• Create metrics, dashboards, and automated reports that empower stakeholders to monitor progress and derive actionable insights.

• Develop and refine complex T-SQL code to extract, transform, and analyze extensive datasets from production.

• Design stored procedures and workflows that operationalize model outputs and facilitate business monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in quantitative analytics, ideally within a call center or contact center setting.

• Proficient in advanced T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations in Microsoft SQL Server.

• Strong expertise in PowerBI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization tools.

• Capable of independently translating complex business challenges into quantitative solutions.

• Proven experience in assessing business metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for revenue and profit enhancement, operational inefficiencies, and performance trends.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses into actionable insights for executive audiences.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
