This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assess data housed in client files and/or company production systems to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors.
• Analyze quality reports to detect trends, issues, and underlying causes.
• Propose recommendations for modifications in processes.
• Engage in the implementation of quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with related teams to achieve shared goals.
• Identify and address unconventional problems.
• Assess and choose solutions based on existing guidelines or procedures.
• Convey and clarify intricate information and team interrelationships.
• Adjust work practices and processes to attain results or enhance efficiency.
• Serve as a point of reference for less experienced team members.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
• A high school diploma is mandatory.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Generally requires over 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Capability to review data in client files and production systems for accuracy.
• Competence in identifying trends, issues, and root causes from quality reports.
• Ability to suggest and apply quality processes.
• Skill in resolving atypical problems utilizing existing precedents or procedures.
• Proficiency in conveying and explaining complex information and team interdependencies.
• Capacity to work with minimal supervision and exercise discretion in modifying processes.
• Ability to act as a resource for less experienced team members.
• No supervisory duties are involved.
