Quality & Reliability Engineer – AI Enabling Power Modules

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Design and execute reliability and qualification testing programs for AI Server Power Modules

• Establish selection and qualification procedures for both passive and active components

• Partner with mechanical, software, and systems engineering teams to incorporate power modules into comprehensive electrical systems

• Ensure alignment on thermal, power, and reliability specifications

• Create quality and reliability testing plans, documentation, and validation assessments

• Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing partners to prototype designs and facilitate their transition to production

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) or Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)

• Over 10 years of experience in the mechanical design and development of high-volume electronic products

• Proven track record in qualifying power modules and power semiconductors

• Experience with power modules is advantageous

• Preferred experience in PCBA processes

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Capability to adhere to U.S. export control regulations and potential licensing obligations
