This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Act as the main contact for customers after the initial onboarding and deployment phase.
• Provide regular program updates and operational check-ins to essential customer stakeholders.
• Actively monitor account health and platform usage to enhance adoption and value realization.
• Assist in resolving customer issues, including preparation, live syncs, and follow-ups after meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a smooth customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Convert customer objectives into platform configurations, success plans, and measurable results.
• Recognize opportunities for expansion and work with Sales on renewal and upselling initiatives.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer success, solutions, consulting, or technical project management.
• Strong data fluency; capable of interpreting operational data, generating insights, and guiding decision-making.
• Ability to advance projects within a PMO or structured project delivery setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading discussions with customers.
• Detail-oriented and organized; adept at managing multiple workstreams involving both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and configuring SaaS platforms to facilitate customer onboarding, optimize workflows, and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Enthusiasm for AI, enterprise software, or manufacturing technology.
