This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Continuously synthesize and analyze the performance of health care quality metrics along with other essential performance indicators.

• Execute intermediate to advanced analyses of significant health-related metrics and program data to uncover trends, project performance, and establish performance targets.

• Create dashboards and visual representations to showcase health care quality metric performance and key performance indicators utilizing claims, administrative, and/or program data.

• Supply data and analytical insights to leadership to guide strategic recommendations regarding health care quality.

• Effectively present data in a comprehensible manner and assist others in grasping how data can drive improvements.

• Offer guidance or expertise to fellow analysts within I&E.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in data analytics and data visualization (including coding and dashboard creation).

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a health-related field.

• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, public administration, or a health-related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analytics and data visualization (coding and dashboard creation), emphasizing quality improvement or regulatory reporting, including at least 1 year of experience in a health-related field.

• Or a Master’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, public administration, or a health-related domain with at least 2 years’ experience in data analytics and data visualization (coding and dashboard creation), with a strong emphasis on quality improvement or regulatory reporting, including at least 1 year of experience in a health-related field.

• Preferred experience with SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, and/or Databricks.
