Quality Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of quality engineering at Element451

• Establish a quality strategy throughout the entire SDLC

• Lead, manage, and develop the quality engineering team

• Create and maintain the quality system

• Ensure that quality is quantifiable and understandable

• Advocate for agentic AI within the practice

• Remain actively involved in testing and design

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in quality engineering, including multi-tenant SaaS

• Demonstrated experience in leading quality practices and teams

• Strong practical engineering skills

• History of managing quality systems throughout the SDLC

• Hands-on experience with contemporary test automation

• Capability to oversee quality for AI features

• Thought leadership in agentic AI related to quality

• Exceptional written communication abilities
