Quality Control Specialist – AI/ML, Finnish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Assess finalized Display Transcription assignments for precision and uniformity.

• Contrast the Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and project specifications.

• Confirm punctuation, capitalization, numerals, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and other text normalization guidelines.

• Ensure that the original wording and intent have been maintained.

• Detect and rectify formatting or guideline-related discrepancies.

• Utilize reference audio when needed to clarify ambiguous situations.

• Consistently adhere to project-specific quality standards.

• Deliver precise feedback and highlight recurring issues as necessary.

• Fulfill assigned QC tasks within project deadlines and productivity objectives.

• Solid understanding of punctuation, capitalization, and writing conventions.

• Capability to spot inconsistencies and mistakes in formatted text.

• Ability to operate independently while achieving quality and productivity goals.

• Previous experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous.

• Training and project guidelines will be provided prior to the commencement of the project.
