This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the overall quality of documents to ensure compliance with both client-specific and internal standards.

• Assess linguistic content to confirm grammatical correctness and suitability of terminology.

• Verify formatting and layout to ensure documents adhere to template requirements.

• Recommend process enhancements and engage in root-cause analysis.

• Work collaboratively with team members to share insights and escalate quality issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Italian.

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with a minimum of B2 CEFR level.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or document review.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
