This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with a designated portfolio of hotels to assess and document product quality levels utilizing the standardized Standards Evaluation process and software.
• Plan and execute onsite visits concentrating on hotel openings, standards evaluations, and follow-up visits to assess overall quality and adherence to brand standards, life safety, cleanliness, physical condition, and design and construction.
• Organize and perform Specialized Visits:
• De-identification visits for hotels no longer part of the system, complying with stipulations in the License Agreement.
• Incident reports to document physical damage and potential health issues.
• Construction visits to provide real-time updates on building progress.
• Guest satisfaction-focused visits aimed at enhancing hotel performance.
• Engage in any assigned projects.
• Advise hotel management and/or ownership on strategies to enhance consistency, improve physical condition, and elevate service levels.
• Create action plans as guides for hotel management/ownership, outlining opportunities and required actions for improvement along with target completion dates.
• Compile and present a brief recap to internal business partners summarizing the hotel visit, findings, and recommendations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Hotel Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive work experience in hotel operations or a related field is preferred.
• Exhibit clear and concise communication skills, adjusting both verbal and written communication to suit the audience's needs and level.
• Possess a working knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
• Demonstrate the ability to efficiently schedule appointments and travel to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Show strong problem-solving and time management capabilities.
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality customer-focused orientation and respond to individuals within the promised timeframe.
• Preferred knowledge and understanding of quality standards and hotel operations or a similar environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
