This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the quality and compliance gatekeeper for Healthcare creative materials prior to the client’s Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review and subsequent launch.
• Evaluate advertisements, landing pages, emails, social media content, and videos for adherence to MLR regulatory standards, brand and design guidelines, and accuracy of copy.
• Oversee Veeva Vault PromoMats workflows, which include claims management, annotations, references, submission tracking, and 2253 filing packages.
• Execute pre-submission compliance quality assurance focusing on claims accuracy, fair balance, ISI positioning, reference linking, and adherence to branded/unbranded/disease-awareness regulations.
• Conduct post-launch quality assurance to verify that the approved content has been implemented correctly and that no production errors have occurred.
• Uphold standards for brand, design, style guidelines, copy, grammar, tone, and messaging.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance QA standards, checklists, compliance reference materials, and review protocols.
• Manage Asana boards and deliverable trackers; communicate timelines, handle client feedback cycles, traffic tasks, coordinate shared deliverables, and organize client assets.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve and streamline business operations.
• Utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in relation to the department.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production, whether in an agency or in-house, with direct involvement in MLR review workflows.
• Proven knowledge of FDA OPDP guidelines and 21 CFR 202, encompassing fair balance, ISI placement, branded vs. unbranded vs. disease-awareness content regulations, and 2253 filing obligations.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats (including annotation, claims management, and submission tracking) is highly preferred.
• Keen eye for maintaining brand consistency, design quality, and copy accuracy across digital formats such as paid social, display, landing pages, and emails.
• Process-driven with the capability to document, maintain, and enhance QA standards independently.
• Comfortable assessing and providing clear, actionable feedback on creative outputs from designers, copywriters, and freelancers.
• Proficient in Asana or similar project management tools.
• Experience collaborating with project management teams in a dynamic agency setting.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
• Bonus: Veeva PromoMats certification, experience with modular content strategies, or previous work with both pharma-regulated and non-regulated healthcare clients.
