This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver administrative assistance to the Quality & Compliance department.
• Guarantee the precise handling of certification processes and upkeep of quality records.
• Facilitate adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and service expectations.
• Examine Statements of Results (SoRs) for thoroughness and precision.
• Process certification claims according to company protocols.
• Manage certification records, trackers, and databases efficiently.
• Track certification turnaround times and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Oversee the Quality & Compliance inbox and address inquiries related to quality and compliance.
• Ensure version control of policies, procedures, and quality documentation is maintained.
• Assist in the compilation of compliance and regulatory reports.
• Aid in the collection of evidence for both internal and external audits.
• Keep precise compliance records and action logs.
• Support the generation of quality reports and dashboard outputs.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing administrative processes.
• Experience in an awarding organization (AO), EPAO, training provider, or similar regulated setting.
• Prior experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support capacity.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in maintaining records, trackers, or databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Ability to adhere to processes while maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• GCSE Grade C/4 or higher in English and Mathematics (or equivalent) or a relevant Level 3 qualification/apprenticeship.
• Remote-first position with inherent flexibility.
