Quality Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conducting and facilitating automated testing activities across all delivery models.

• Assisting teams in developing high-quality solutions.

• Promoting continuous integration and ensuring defect-free deployment of customer value.

• Playing a key role in transforming testing through quality processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Ensuring that consistent, repeatable quality is integrated into every phase of the idea-to-value lifecycle.

• Advancing predictive and intelligent testing methods through automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

• Working collaboratively with the team to outline the scope of manual and automated testing, as well as the creation of automated test scripts, user documentation, and artifacts.

• Making informed decisions based on solid data, return on investment, and value metrics.

• Facilitating the cross-skilling of colleagues in the advantages and techniques of end-to-end automation testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end automated testing utilizing the latest tools.

• Experience in leading automation across frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Rest API, and Appium.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with SaaS-based platforms like Sauce Labs and Browser Stack.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI in Quality Engineering.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to management-level colleagues.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.

• Practical experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitLab and GitHub.
