Quality Assurance Specialist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert technical assistance to ensure the functionality of the client application

• Offer support for development, improvements, accessibility, integration, optimization, and upkeep

• Guarantee availability and proper operations

• Engage in a sprint-based development methodology

• Apply expertise in the AWS cloud environment, Python backend, and TypeScript front-end

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Bachelor’s Degree (3 additional years of experience may substitute for the degree)

• Proven experience in implementing and overseeing quality assurance (QA) standards and procedures in large and complex settings

• Capability to define and apply quality attributes, including the creation of measurable quality metrics, scoring criteria, and performance thresholds

• Experience in selecting appropriate quality control resources based on project scope and complexity

• Proficient in establishing and maintaining processes for evaluating hardware, software, and relevant documentation

• Background in supporting or leading technical evaluations and assessments of systems and deliverables

• Experience in ensuring adherence to established quality standards and promoting enhancements to deliverables
