This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Regularly evaluate the performance of internal, client, or vendor case files or records for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to service level expectations and agreements.
β’ Identify patterns and opportunities for enhancing service efficiency and quality.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all necessary and pertinent data elements, including but not limited to client demographics, client contacts, third-party connections, contract records, and performance guarantees, are accurately and consistently recorded in the client relationship management system.
β’ Compile audit findings and present them to the manager for evaluation.
β’ Provide audit findings for quarterly stewardship reports.
β’ Oversee ongoing action item logs and project plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
β’ Update vendor resources to the mapping program.
β’ Preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
β’ A minimum of four (4) years of investigative experience or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.
β’ Strong oral and written communication abilities.
β’ Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Possess analytical and interpretive skills.
β’ Excellent organizational skills.
