Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes.

• Examine documentation, reports, and case materials to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards.

• Leverage QA audit tools and platforms (such as CentralReach and Rethink) to assess performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Analyze and apply healthcare regulations and standards across diverse scenarios and cases.

• Deliver clear and constructive feedback along with recommendations for enhancement.

• Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data, track trends, identify risks, and aid in decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance quality standards.

• Create and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation.

• Convert complex findings into straightforward, actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Oversee multiple audits and projects concurrently using project management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a QA, compliance, or audit-centric role (preferably within healthcare or ABA settings).

• Proficiency in CentralReach, Rethink, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

• Familiarity with QA audit tools and project management software.

• In-depth understanding of healthcare standards with the ability to independently research and apply them.

• Exceptional attention to detail, capable of identifying subtle issues in audits and reviews.

• Strong critical thinking skills with the capacity to interpret intricate information across various scenarios.

• Excellent written communication abilities, able to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

• Ability to take initiative and work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
