Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Evaluate video content submitted by public sector clients, pinpointing errors, inconsistencies, technical challenges, and any audio or visual defects.

• Ensure that all videos adhere to Granicus standards, customer requirements, and any other established compliance protocols.

• Record and document issues in detailed reports, emphasizing trends and patterns for senior leadership review.

• Efficiently manage work queues and backlogs by prioritizing tasks to ensure timely resolutions while maintaining an organized workflow.

• Work effectively under tight deadlines to meet customer regulations and deliver video content promptly, without sacrificing attention to detail.

• Collaborate with the video production team across various functions to continually improve processes.

• Address feedback and implement necessary changes based on internal or customer requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient command of the English language with outstanding spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.

• Bilingual candidates should possess this skillset in Spanish.

• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in accordance with business needs and deadlines while working remotely.

• Familiarity with FTP clients.

• Knowledge of both non-linear and linear video editing systems.

• Experience using Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Clear understanding of video formatting requirements.
