This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Lead and facilitate peer review strategies and initiatives aimed at achieving clinical excellence.
• Integrate clinical expertise with a focus on performance improvement.
• Mentor and educate colleagues to foster their success.
• Collaborate with medical staff leadership to leverage data for identifying improvement opportunities.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary workgroups to enhance operational effectiveness and quality outcomes.
• Manage and coordinate auditing activities to support peer review processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire: Valid Montana Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive involvement in and responsibility for process improvement or healthcare quality management initiatives.
• At least 1 year of experience in statistical analysis.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience leading multi-disciplinary workgroups.
• At least 1 year of experience with root cause analysis and safety event review procedures.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical effectiveness and quality improvement.
• At least 1 year of experience with service excellence and patient advocacy models.
