Quality Assurance Representative – Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review details of newly approved merchant accounts to ensure and uphold data integrity across North, Global, and First Data systems.

• Confirm that key data information is accurate in all systems, aligning with the merchant application.

• Identify and implement corrections for erroneous information or communicate discrepancies to senior team members for timely and accurate resolution.

• Demonstrate the ability to learn and comprehend processing rates, fees, business types, and processing solutions so that key data aligns with business logic; take appropriate actions to question and amend information when necessary.

• Provide daily support for the Customer Boarding call queue.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with sales and underwriting teams.

• Manage and streamline productivity by effectively utilizing all available resources, including database systems and query reports.

• Ensure positive customer experiences while upholding a high standard of ethical conduct in all facets of daily operations.

• Cultivate and sustain strong working relationships with all North employees and departments by maintaining a positive attitude and a collaborative approach in all interactions.

• Comply with company policies as outlined.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Relevant experience is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.
