Quality Assurance, Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between the Product team and various departments (Engineering, Support, Operations), facilitating effective communication regarding product updates, issues, and feature releases.

• Simplify technical concepts and product modifications into understandable language and formats for non-technical stakeholders.

• Create and sustain detailed internal and training documentation (e.g., step-by-step guides, onboarding materials, feature release documents) for internal teams utilizing our proprietary software, EMR, and operational tools.

• Enhance and maintain efficient systems for tracking bugs, collecting feature suggestions, and resolving issues in collaboration with the support team.

• Ensure prompt triage and follow-up with the Engineering team.

• Manage and refresh the internal product feature matrix, which includes a thorough analysis of features, user permissions, and access based on role type.

• Organize and conduct QA testing for new releases, confirming functionality, usability, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.

• Assist in navigating QA processes for both mobile and web platforms.

• Oversee dashboards and documentation related to engineering and IT compliance, encompassing task tracking, remediation status, and audits.

• Collaborate to enhance automation for current QA tests and feature releases.

• Work with the existing product team to boost product velocity by facilitating swift deployments.

• Support the team in maintaining the feature release and feature request pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Product Operations, Health Tech, or Engineering Support.

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to process optimization.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, startup environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in creating clear and engaging content for varied audiences.

• Comfortable working in unstructured environments and building new systems from scratch.

• Proficient with modern workflow and documentation tools such as Google Workspace, Lucidchart, Miro, Notion, Jira, and Zapier.

• Experience with automation frameworks and tools like Maestro, Detox, BrowserStack, Rainforest QA, or similar tools is preferred.

• Ability to read React code and a basic understanding of how to use Claude Code or Codex in daily tasks is a plus.

• Experience in a clinical or health tech setting.

• Understanding of security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.).

• Previous experience in QA testing or technical documentation.

• Familiarity with EMR systems or healthcare operations workflows.
