Quality Assurance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical quality authority for factory operations and customer field locations.

• Execute structured walkthroughs to detect quality issues prior to unit shipment.

• Carry out on-site QA/QC inspections to ensure adherence to standards.

• Engage in internal QC meetings, providing insights from both field and factory perspectives.

• Assist in the creation and enhancement of inspection checklists and QA/QC documentation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of practical experience with commercial or mission-critical HVAC/mechanical systems, such as chillers, hydronic loops, cooling towers, and relevant controls.

• Proven QA/QC experience on construction, commissioning, or service projects within data center or critical infrastructure settings.

• Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings, submittals, MOPs, SOPs, and EAPs.

• Excellent written documentation skills—inspection reports, nonconformance logs, and findings summaries should be clear and actionable.

• Readiness and ability to travel regularly to factory and field sites.

• Familiarity with BAS/BMS platforms for system verification during site inspections.
