Quality Assurance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead, guide, and nurture a team of QA engineers.

• Develop and implement a contemporary quality strategy that prioritizes automation.

• Integrate AI-driven methodologies into testing and quality evaluations.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to instill quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Promote automation-centric practices across web, backend, and API testing.

• Create data-informed quality metrics.

• Advocate for shift-left testing and shared accountability for quality.

• Work with DevOps to enhance release processes and observability.

• Recognize quality risks and champion the customer's perspective.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software quality, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated ability to build or transform QA and automation teams in a contemporary SaaS environment.

• Strong comprehension of automation-first testing methodologies and current testing frameworks.

• Experience in testing API-driven, backend, and cloud-native systems.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted testing and the application of AI/ML tools.

• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
