Quality Assurance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Executing quality assurance testing on product releases before deployment.

• Performing verification and validation testing to guarantee product quality, accuracy, and integrity.

• Working in collaboration with Success and Support teams to help resolve troubleshooting and clinic setup challenges.

• Offering insights and suggestions to Product Management and Engineering teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.

• Developing and updating product-related documentation and testing resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a clinical medical dosimetrist or radiation therapist.

• Comprehensive experience in treatment planning and/or delivery.

• Significant plan validation experience across various treatment techniques and modalities.

• Direct experience with radiation oncology billing requirements and associated workflows.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in clinical medical dosimetry or radiation therapy utilizing Radformation products, especially QuickCode.

• In-depth familiarity with radiation oncology billing requirements and reimbursement processes.

• Experience in product testing, verification, validation, or software quality assurance.

• Background in customer service or customer-facing support roles.

• Passionate about learning new technologies and disseminating knowledge within the healthcare community.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and continuous learning opportunities.

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows in radiation oncology.

• Exceptional organizational, documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with various teams.

• Keen attention to detail and a desire to enhance clinical workflows through innovative technology.

• Open to feedback and willing to provide constructive input.
