Quality Assurance II, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, encompassing functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Take ownership of and manage automated test suites (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and incorporate them into CI/CD pipelines.

• Convert business, user, and technical requirements into detailed test cases, addressing both positive and negative scenarios.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects using tools like Jira or ALM; engage in root cause analysis and triage sessions.

• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and operations to validate fixes, ensure traceability between test cases and requirements, and provide quality updates to stakeholders.

• Assess system performance, security controls, accessibility, and compliance with governance standards.

• Assist in enhancing testing procedures, automation frameworks, and QA standards.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5-8 years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce Government Cloud; Salesforce Certified Administrator and AI Specialist certification required; active Public Trust or Secret clearance necessary.

• Proficient in integration testing (Postman, SoapUI), MuleSoft middleware validation, and leading defect triage/sprint planning within an Agile delivery framework.

• Salesforce Skills: Competent in Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and familiar with declarative features.

• Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, root cause analysis, and a consultative approach; experienced with test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Certifications: ISTQB Foundation/Advanced, Agile Tester, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
