Quality Assurance Field Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute both scheduled and unscheduled operational audits at designated stations.

• Assess station performance utilizing established audit tools and scoring systems.

• Conduct thorough evaluations across all operational departments and business lines.

• Monitor live operations during all shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Verify operational execution aligns with company standards and meets customer expectations.

• Compile detailed audit reports after each station visit.

• Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance station performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Safety, or a related field, or equivalent operational experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in aviation operations leadership.

• In-depth knowledge of TSA, FAA, OSHA, and airport regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in conducting operational inspections, audits, or compliance reviews.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver's license.

• Capability to acquire and maintain all necessary airport badges and security clearances.

• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
