This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Create, develop, and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and Windows desktop platforms.
• Carry out functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, compatibility, and performance testing activities.
• Verify new features and enhancements against business and technical requirements.
• Maintain software quality throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Design, construct, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Develop and execute automated tests using tools such as Ranorex, Mabl, Postman, Selenium, or other similar platforms.
• Increase automation coverage across key workflows and business processes.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Utilize AI-powered testing tools and automation capabilities to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Identify, document, reproduce, and monitor software defects.
• Collaborate with developers to investigate root causes and validate fixes.
• Conduct risk assessments and assist in defect prioritization efforts.
• Engage in root cause analysis activities and suggest preventive measures.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Technical Support, and other stakeholders to meet quality standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Provide testing estimates, risk assessments, and recommendations for release readiness.
• Advocate for a shift-left testing culture and promote quality best practices.
• Manage and maintain test environments, test data, and testing configurations.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
• Support testing activities in cloud and virtualized environments.
• Maintain testing documentation and ensure the traceability of testing efforts.
• Assist in the investigation and validation of customer-reported issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to diagnose production issues.
• Verify fixes and support quality assurance activities for production releases.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong expertise in automated testing.
• Proven experience in testing:
• - Web applications
• - Mobile applications
• - Windows desktop applications
• Practical experience with test automation tools such as:
• - Ranorex
• - Mabl
• - Postman
• - Selenium or comparable frameworks
• Experience in building and maintaining automated test suites.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for:
• - Test management
• - Defect tracking
• - Collaboration and reporting
• Experience in dynamic software development environments.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and the integration of automated testing.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with distributed teams.

• Experience with AI-powered testing tools and AI-assisted QA workflows.
• ISTQB, ISEB, or equivalent QA certification.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Experience in testing cloud-hosted applications and virtualized environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility testing, security testing, and compliance testing.
• Background in healthcare, dental, medical, or regulated software environments.
• Experience working within globally distributed development teams.
• Exposure to Azure cloud environments, VMware, or Hyper-V.
