Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes.

• Examine documentation, reports, and case materials to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards.

• Leverage QA audit tools and platforms (including CentralReach and Rethink) to assess performance and pinpoint gaps.

• Interpret and implement healthcare regulations and standards across diverse scenarios and cases.

• Offer clear, constructive feedback and suggestions for enhancement.

• Analyze data utilizing Excel and other tools to monitor trends, identify risks, and aid in decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold and elevate quality standards.

• Develop and enhance QA processes, frameworks, and documentation.

• Simplify complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Oversee multiple audits and projects concurrently using project management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a QA, compliance, or audit-centric role (ideally within healthcare or ABA settings).

• Proficiency in CentralReach, Rethink, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

• Familiarity with QA audit tools and project management platforms.

• Strong grasp of healthcare standards and the capability to independently research and apply them.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the talent for identifying nuanced issues in audits and reviews.

• Strong critical thinking abilities with the capacity to interpret complex information across varied scenarios.

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex concepts in a clear and effective manner.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Ability to take initiative and operate both independently and as part of a team.
