This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Provide transcription support from scheduling through to job completion.
• Conduct quality assessments on the work produced by transcriptionists.
• Prepare and deliver constructive feedback for review by transcriptionists and reporters.
• Serve as a level two knowledge resource for transcriptionists regarding quality standards and requirements.
• Adhere to established processes and service-level agreements.
• Stay aligned with the quality team on the specifics and criteria for quality assessments, feedback delivery, and engagement support levels.
• Work within defined production levels for various tasks.
• Track and report information as required.
• Provide transcription support for special tasks as assigned, in line with business needs.
• Over 2 years of transcription experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in the legal field.
• At least 1 year of transcription quality assurance experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of Scopist experience.
• Experience with editing AI-generated transcriptions is a plus.
• Proven experience in providing written and in-person feedback.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills for documents.
• Capable of managing legal transcript content in accordance with standards.
• Proficient in using multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Able to deliver feedback in a constructive and effective manner.
• Proficient in the professional use of MS Office applications.
• Advanced typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Advanced command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Committed to professionalism with a prompt and accurate response capability.
• Ability to retain details and process work accordingly.
• Capable of working independently while remaining aligned with the team.
• Excellent auditory skills with the ability to discern details and speakers in audio recordings.
