• Provide transcription support from scheduling to job completion.
• Perform quality assessments on the work produced by transcriptionists.
• Prepare and give feedback for transcriptionists and reporters to review.
• Serve as a level two knowledge resource for transcriptionists regarding quality standards and requirements.
• Adhere to established processes and service-level agreements.
• Maintain alignment with the quality team concerning the specifics and criteria of quality assessment, feedback delivery, and engagement support levels.
• Operate within set production levels for various tasks.
• Track and report information as requested.
• Provide transcription support for special tasks as assigned, in line with business needs.
• Over 2 years of experience in transcription.
• More than 2 years of experience within the legal field.
• At least 1 year of experience in transcription QA.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scopist.
• Experience in editing AI transcriptions is advantageous.
• Background in providing written and in-person feedback.
• Proficient in proofreading and editing documents efficiently and effectively.
• Capable of managing legal transcript content according to established standards.
• Ability to utilize multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Skilled in providing feedback in a constructive and effective manner.
• Proficient in the professional use of MS Office applications.
• Advanced typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Strong English language skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Service-oriented with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to professionalism with prompt and accurate responsiveness.
• Ability to retain details and process work accordingly.
• Capable of working independently while staying aligned with team goals.
• Exceptional hearing skills and the ability to discern details and speakers in audio recordings.
